Arcon Architects offers a complete project overview service which will take your project from it's initial design right through to it's completion:

Stage 1:
Project appraisal & brief
This stage includes client meetings to determine spatial and stylistic requirements in order to develop a comprehensive design brief, which forms the basis of the architect’s appointment.

Stage 2:
Concept design and formulation
Includes a survey of field information and the preparation of initial hand drawn sketch plans on which basic spatial layouts and concepts are discussed and approved.

Stage 3:
Detailed design development
This stage involves the preparation of computerized detailed sketch plans and elevations, which accurately indicate final layouts, specifications, fittings, spatial usage patterns etc.

Stage 4:
Technical documentation
This includes technical documentation which forms the basis of the following:
- Obtaining plan approvals from the local authorities
- Documentation from which contractors will tender
- Documentation from which contractors will build

Stage 5:
Site inspection & contract administration
During the construction phase, this includes the following:
- Regular site inspections
- Technical meetings
- Progress evaluations
